Will FaceTime the baby and the pigs before his bag hits the floor.
The full camp roster, and a look back at the legends who got us here.
Everyone headed to the villa. Roles are from nbh.co. Nicknames and one-liners are camp tradition.
11 of us in Bali · 1-5 June 2026
Will FaceTime the baby and the pigs before his bag hits the floor.
Will snap at being asked "what are we doing now?" for the fiftieth time. (It will happen.)
Will have commandeered the villa speaker by sundown, day one.
Will ask Barna "where is ..." no fewer than fifty times. She's already braced for it.
Will be ten minutes late to every meet-up. Every single one.
Will be in head-to-toe black in 32-degree heat. No notes.
Will stare at the carbs. Will not eat the carbs. Will stare some more.
A new conspiracy theory, every dinner, without fail. Spoken in three languages.
Will be hunting the perfect shot. You will be asked to pose more than once.
Said she was holding the fort in Manila. Booked a flight instead. Surprised the whole camp.
Told no one. Flew in from the Philippines anyway. Best plot twist of camp.
We'll miss her. A Bintang back at base in her honour.
Pregnant: taking it easy. We'll celebrate properly when we're back.
The whole week, in one place. Every shot anyone took, grouped day by day, from the first dip to the last night.
The wall is fed by our Apple Photos Shared Album, and it's still open. Anything you add shows up here automatically, usually within a day. So if you've got shots still sitting in your camera roll, drop them in and they'll land on the wall.
Not on iPhone? Drop your shots in the camp WhatsApp group instead. That lives on the Know page.
Not on the album yet? Grab Trav and he'll add you.
Tap any photo to open it. 707 shots and counting, grouped by day. The album stays open, so keep adding.
The tradition goes back to 2017, a Rancho Relaxo in a Coolangatta apartment, before we were even called Neighbourhood. For the first few years it was Rancho Relaxo, Trav had the signage printed, Hannah ran the docs. In 2021 we renamed it Summer Camp and took it to Hamilton Island. Since then: Bali, a cruise ship, the Noosa hinterlands, and now Bali again. The running jokes, the theme nights, the "remember when."

Santa's helper
Secret Santa
The Weber iGrillThe oldest one on record: December 2017, a Rancho Relaxo in a Coolangatta apartment, back when we were still The Raiders. Christmas in summer, Santa hats, an elf suit, the loudest shirts on the Gold Coast, and a Secret Santa that produced a Weber iGrill and a meat cookbook. Everything since traces back to this room.

Kingston Park Raceway
Beach F45 day
Surf lessonsLate 2018, still pre-Neighbourhood, Trav still signing off as Managing Director of The Raiders. The "Rancho Relaxo" signage got printed (the order is still in the archive), the tradition rolling on from Coolangatta the year before. Gold Coast: an electric-bike pub crawl, a beach F45 session, go-karting at Kingston Park Raceway, and surf lessons to round it out.

Christmas kit
End-of-year crewDecember 17-19. End-of-year retreat, all about planning the year ahead. Hannah ran the show. Dom designed the retreat doc. Around this time The Raiders became Neighbourhood. Crew of the day: Trav, Dom, Geordie, Liv, Hannah. Topgolf, a proper whiteboard planning session, and the usual Christmas-in-summer kit.
Noosa '20
Rancho Relaxo 2020
Workshop Room 1
Geordie's barDecember 15-18. Borders were shut, so we stayed domestic: Noosa. Surf lessons, actual workshops in "Workshop Room 1", and Geordie ran the bar. Hannah billed it as the best Rancho to date. We came out the other end planning 2021. Crew: Trav, Hannah, Dom, Geordie, Ruby, Grace, Liv.
Hamilton Island '21
Sunset cocktails
Island hike
Hawaiian nightDecember 19-22. The Rancho Relaxo years were behind us. New name, new format, proper villa. Flew BNE to Hammo, got picked up, that was it. The "mullet schedule" was born here: business in the front (workshops, planning 2022), party in the back (everything after lunch). Nine of us, give or take.
Who came: Trav, Barna, Maddie, Geordie, Dom, Liv, Cam, Jacinta.

Day club
Beach clubDecember 6-10. Flight VA47. "Heavy thinking, not heavy drinking" mornings: Proposals, Customer Success, Kick-offs, QBRs, Cancellations. The templates that came out of it are still in use. We came home saying "Terima Kasih". Naturally, we're going back.
Who came: Trav, Geordie, Barna, Dom, Jacinta, Ben, Tyla, Jen & Lutsy!

Dinner at sea
Deck crewDecember 10-14, billed as the "Neighbourhood End of Year Trip." No villa, no workshops. A cruise ship, twin cabins on Deck 5, a day in Airlie Beach, and a buffet that did not stop. Eight of us, paired up by cabin.
Who came: Trav, Geordie, Dom, Brie, Natalia, Sophie, Harry & David.

Misty morning

EXIT, the board game
FiresideThe cadence flipped (December to July) and so did the focus: from sales and marketing to actually delivering the work. Geordie's "More Chilli" framework, the "Doing Things By The Book" template overhaul (a straight line from the Bali workshops), and yes, we went horse riding.
Who came: Trav, Barna, Geordie, Dom, Harry, Brie, Sophie, Natalia.
Viola Villa, Seminyak, 1-5 June. The first proper camp since the hinterlands, and the biggest we've run: nine bedrooms, one pool, all of us. Waterbom, a Balinese cooking class, Potato Head at sunset, private rafting, the chef dinner at the villa, and one fireside chat on the last night to look back on the year. Five days that were properly ours. The wall has the proof.
Every camp needs its winners. Cast your votes, we tally them and pin the results to the wall. One name per line, write-ins welcome.
Votes in. Come back and change your mind any time.
While it's fresh. What landed, what we'd do differently, what next year should look like. This is how the next one gets better.
Thanks, that shapes the next one.
